This patch will also give you the option to disable the deal information displayed on the right hand side of the screen while playing a bridge deal. Once the patch is installed, you will be able to change the look of the cards by clicking on Display and then clicking on Card Faces. Choose "Small" to get the look of the old cards back. To disable the deal information text, click on Options, then Gameplay Settings, then click on the Appearance and Sound tab. Click on Disable Table Text and then click on OK. If you want the look of the new BB13 cards back, then click on Display and then Cards Faces. Choose "Regular" to get the look of the new cards. If your version number is earlier than 10.01.00, then you should download the patch. The only improvements that the patch introduces are in Online mode, where it brings more stability and lets you "pause after trick".

The difference in the patched version is an option for a short delay in bidding and play. Once you have installed the patch, you can turn on the delay option after pulling down the Options menu and selecting Game Options. So, if you think that your Bridge Baron is bidding or playing too quickly, then you should install the patch.
