1. Start Bridge Baron 16
   
2. At the main opening screen, Click on "File" on the toolbar on the top and Figure 1 will appear.

3. Then click on "Fill in and Print a Registration Form as shown in Figure 2.

4. Figure 3 will appear.

5. Fill out this form and print the form. Fax the form to 800-426-3748.
