*It is at the discrection of our support staff to provide 1/2 hour of free support and customers must agree to allow access to your personal computer via our TeamViewer application. We are not responsible nor will we support issues not related to Bridge Baron.

Great Game Products is constantly trying to improve our support for our customers. We have started using a system to track our customers issues. Once you fill out a form you will receive an email with a ticket number. The ticket number will also be a link so that you can view the status of your request. Please make sure you pick a department for your request. You will get a response to your email within one business day.

WINDOWS 10

If you are having issues with Windows 10 and Bridge Baron where the activation is removed both Microsoft and Great Game Products are aware of this situation. It has been determined that upgrading to Windows 10 removes the registry entry which contains the serial number. This affects many other software titles that utilize this method of activation. To remedy this simply re-activate your product. If you receive an error stating you reached your activation limit simply email help@greatgameproducts.com with your current serial number and we will release an activation for you so you can successfully activate your product.

Can not login (Wrong email or password)

Quality of Bidding and Play

For questions about the quality of bidding and/or play we need the deal number as well as the bidding (and the play, if applicable) up to the point where the situation occurs. It is also useful for us to know what conventions you are using for each partnership, what thinking time you have set for Bridge Baron (the longer it thinks, the better it plays), and any other information that seems relevant.
