1) Start the Product you ordered

     2) A message will appear about your license (See figure 1.)

     3) Click on "Enter Key".

     4) The screen will show you hardware footprint.

     5) The red circle indicates shows you where your hardware footprint is located.
     6) You can either type in your hardware footprint or you can copy and paste you hardware footprint. To ensure there is no errors in copying you may want to copy and paste your hardware footprint. If you do not know how to do this follow steps 7-9
     7) Highlight your hardware footprint with your mouse as shown below.
       

     8) While holding the button down click on the "C" key. (this will copy the key).
     9) When you are ready to include the hardware fingerprint in the helpdesk system you will hold down the button and click on the "V" key to paste the key.
     9) Once you have found your hardware footprint please visit our helpdesk and send us your hardware footprint.

Under "Problem Category" select "Need Activation Key".
